Please read these terms before using Eventiqa (eventiqabd.com). By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are

Our service
- Eventiqa creates digital invitations for celebrations: animated videos, print-ready cards, live invitation links and an event planner.
- Choosing a template, entering details and previewing are free. Clean files and links are delivered after payment.
Orders and prices
- All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and are shown clearly before you order. There are no hidden charges.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is complete, and a receipt is sent by email or SMS.
Delivery
Digital products are usually delivered to your account and email within minutes of payment. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours, you receive a full refund.
Your words and photos
- You are responsible for the names, photos and text you add. We may cancel an order that infringes anyone’s rights or is unlawful.
- Quran verses and translations are taken exactly from a trusted source (Quran.com) and cannot be edited.
Intellectual property
Template designs, artwork, animation and code belong to Eventiqa. You receive a personal licence to use your invitation for your event; you may not resell it or reuse it as a template.
Liability
We are not responsible for problems caused by internet connections or guests’ devices. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines.

Privacy
How your information is collected, used and protected.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email; the text, dates, venues and photos in your invitation; the names and numbers guests enter when they RSVP.
- We do not store card or mobile banking details; the payment gateway processes them directly.
Why
To create and deliver your invitation, process orders and receipts, show you your guests’ replies and give support.
Who we share it with
Only providers needed to run the service: website hosting, database, payment gateway, email and SMS. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Live invitation pages are deleted 12 months after the event. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Data about anyone under 18 is collected only with a parent’s consent.
Cookies
We only store what the site needs to work, such as your draft in this browser. No advertising cookies.

Refunds
We want you to love your invitation, which is why you can preview the whole thing free before you pay.
Full refund
- If you have not received your files or link within 72 hours of payment.
- If a technical fault on our side cannot be fixed within 72 hours.
- If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
Free corrections
Spelling, date, time or venue mistakes can be corrected free on the live link until the event day. Making a new video may carry a small charge.
Not refundable
A change of mind after the files have been delivered, because it is a digital product made for you.
How to request
Email hello@eventiqabd.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
